Studio Info
My studio is located inside of the Ballard StudioWorks building on NW 54th St, between 14th Ave NW & 15th Ave NW. To enter the building, dial 370 (or scroll to find Cascade Beauty Co) on the call box. Once I buzz you in, take the elevator up to the 3rd floor, and I will meet you in the lobby.
**Please note that I have a 4 year old dog who sometimes joins me at the studio. Please let me know upon booking your appointment if this is an issue for you, or if you have any questions or concerns.
New Clients
New clients booked for Sugaring Hair Removal or Lash Extensions - please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time to fill out any necessary paperwork, as well as have a brief consultation prior to beginning the service. New clients booked for Airbrushing Tanning may arrive promptly at scheduled appointment time.
New clients and external fills will be required to book a minimum of 75 minutes (Extended Fill). For new clients coming from another studio/lash artist: I am happy to fill lashes if I detect no issues with the existing extensions. However, I hold a right to a decision to not fill lashes due to the possibility of potential damage of previous application. In such circumstances, a removal and reschedule of a full set may be required.
All lash clients - please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes, free of ALL eye make-up. In order for the extensions to bond properly to your natural lashes, it is imperative that your eyelashes are clean and free of any residue. Time spent cleaning your lashes prior to application, leaves me with less time to get them as full as possible.
**Please note: In order to qualify for a fill, I require 40% of lash extensions to be retained in order to keep up with the fullness and maintenance of your lashes. Any less may be rebooked for a Full Set.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please give at least a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, as it allows me time to book another appointment in that space, or to properly arrange scheduling. If your appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the service amount will be charged. 100% of the service amount will be charged for appointments cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as it becomes nearly impossible for me to fill that time slot in such short notice.
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, I am happy to use the remaining time of your service on you. However, you will still be charged for the original amount of time that was booked. If you arrive more than 15-minutes late and I have not heard from you, I will assume you are a no-show and you will be charged the full amount for your scheduled appointment.
**I do understand that life and unplanned circumstances happen. Please never hesitate to contact me if appointments need to be rescheduled or cannot be made.
